About the Role

Logisoft Technologies Inc. is hiring motivated and energetic US IT Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a successful career in the US Staffing industry.

As a US IT Recruiter, you will work on technical hiring requirements, connect with top IT talent, and support recruitment for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Understand client requirements and submit qualified profiles
• Negotiate salary and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Work according to US time zones (EST/PST)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
