We want elite closers with proven U.S. residential leasing experience and outstanding English communication skills (written + spoken).
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound leads via Rentvine, FollowUpBoss, ShowMojo
- Own the full leasing cycle: screening → tours → lease negotiation → onboarding
- Act as the point of contact to U.S. tenants & clients
- Meet occupancy KPIs with urgency and sales excellence
- Collaborate with our U.S. teams to reduce vacancy & optimize listings
✅ You MUST Have:
- Knowledge in U.S. residential leasing
- Accent-neutral English and real estate communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset, U.S. cultural fluency, and tech-savviness
