Our MVP is functional and actively evolving, but we are preparing it for broader market adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, making data-driven product decisions, and collaborating closely with engineering and founders to build products customers love.

Role Overview

As Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and help transform our MVP into a scalable, market-ready platform. You will work directly with the Development Manager and the founders to identify product gaps, prioritize features, validate customer feedback, and execute a roadmap that accelerates adoption.

This is a hands-on role where you will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Evaluate the current MVP, identify usability and functional gaps, and recommend improvements.
Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and go-to-market strategy.
Partner closely with the Development Manager to define sprint priorities and product releases.
Collaborate with founders on long-term product vision and strategic direction.
Gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and early adopters to shape future releases.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and user engagement.
Coordinate product launches and ensure new capabilities are successfully adopted by customers.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Continuously analyze competitor offerings and emerging AI marketing technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization.

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, CRM, or marketing technology.
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
Experience translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Excellent prioritization, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a startup environment.
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user feedback and product metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, customer engagement tools, or AI-powered products.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma, or similar product management platforms.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architecture.
Experience launching products from MVP to commercial scale.
Exposure to AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation, or conversational AI is a plus.
