Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing, specifically supporting MSP/VMS clients on W2 hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals within tight SLAs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work on IT requirements received from MSP/VMS clients.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, JobDiva, internal ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
Build a strong pipeline of W2 consultants for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, work authorisation, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely submissions within client SLA requirements.
Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate compensation within approved rate guidelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client priorities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills

2–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
Strong experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
Hands-on experience in W2 recruitment.
Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H-1B, TN, etc.).
Experience recruiting across technologies including:
- Java
- .NET
- AWS
- Azure
- DevOps
- Data Engineering
- AI/ML
- Cybersecurity
- SAP
- Salesforce
- ERP
- QA Automation
- Infrastructure
Excellent Boolean search and sourcing skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Ability to work under aggressive submission timelines.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with JobDiva or similar ATS.
Exposure to VMS portals.
Proven success in high-volume recruitment.
Experience supporting Fortune 500 MSP programs.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

8–12 quality submissions per day.
2–4 interview schedules per week.
Consistent interview-to-offer conversion ratio.
Strong candidate response and engagement metrics.
Accurate ATS updates and documentation.
High compliance with client submission guidelines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
