Job Title: IT Recruiter – US Staffing (Freshers)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in US IT Staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT requirements while working closely with the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, and availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work in the US EST (Night Shift).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in US Staffing.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job portals is a plus.
• HR/Recruitment internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline).
• MBA/PGDM (HR) is an added advantage.
