Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and employee joining formalities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative processes
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
- Support internal communication and HR activities
Requirements:
- MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Internship experience in HR is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
