Front End Angular Developer (Mid-Level)_ [Hands-on Individual Contributor]

Role Summary

The Front-End Angular Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using Angular. This role focuses on hands-on UI development, collaboration with backend (.NET/C#) and QA teams, and delivering clean, intuitive user interfaces aligned with UX standards and modern design principles.
Hours: 3 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain front-end features using Angular (latest versions).
• Build responsive UI components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Material.
• Implement reusable components following established coding and UI standards.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.

UI / UX Implementation

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional Angular components.
• Apply Angular Material Design principles and theming as defined by the project.
• Ensure interfaces follow clean, modern, and minimalistic design guidelines.
• Pay close attention to usability, layout consistency, and visual hierarchy.

Backend & API Integration

• Integrate front-end components with .NET / C# backend services via REST APIs.
• Handle data binding, error handling, and API response management.
• Work with backend teams to clarify API contracts and data requirements.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior developers, QA engineers, and UX designers.
• Support defect resolution and continuous improvement during development cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

• 3–5 years of experience in front-end development with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Angular Material Design.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Working knowledge of RxJS and component-based architecture.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, with exposure to .NET / C# backend systems.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.

UI / UX

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
• Ability to implement modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience working with design systems or UX guidelines.
• Awareness of accessibility and usability considerations.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Willingness to learn and grow under technical guidance.
