About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director and Product Owners to understand product requirements, perform market and functional research, and create accurate documentation. You will also collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth communication and clarity of requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with Directors/Product Owners to understand business and product requirements.
- Conduct detailed research and prepare structured documentation, reports, and content.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance research, documentation, and analysis.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and business processes.
Requirements
- MBA graduate (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of AI tools and technology trends.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive learner with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
