Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Power Apps to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with low-code technology solutions, primarily focusing on Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves driving digital transformation by gathering and analyzing business needs, designing scalable solutions, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. The candidate should bring a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and low-code platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, practice groups, and leadership to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and technical solution documents.
- Lead solution design sessions and create visual documentation such as screen mockups, process flow diagrams, and ERDs.
- Design, build, and configure business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities including milestone planning, testing, training, and deployment.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with architectural and business goals.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management and user onboarding.
- Serve as a Power Platform evangelist, driving awareness, best practices, and adoption across teams.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards for low code solution delivery.
- Document technical solutions, workflows, and support processes to ensure long term sustainability and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business analysis or systems analysis experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Solid understanding of business process design, data modeling, and requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, or other low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, PowerShell, JSON, and integration tools.
- Industry experience in insurance or legal technology (preferred).
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
