About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the vital link between our business and technical teams. You’ll facilitate requirements gathering, analyze complex needs, document functional and non-functional specs, and continuously support delivery through to UAT and stakeholder handoffs.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops using recognized techniques (interviews, surveys, prototyping, process mapping)
- Analyze business domains, explore possibilities, and clearly document requirements—you’ll capture functional, technical, and non-functional needs.
- Prepare detailed artifacts: use-case diagrams, As-Is/To-Be process flows, mock-ups, and requirement models
- Complete gap analysis, design detailed solutions, and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
- Transfer knowledge effectively to development and QA teams; mentor them to ensure successful implementation.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring deployment readiness.
- Lead delivery management across projects; act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
Tools & Processes
- Follow established standards and use tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro) for capturing, baselining, tracing, and versioning requirements
- Maintain requirement baselines, manage reuse, and assess impact of changes.
- Coordinate online review cycles, approvals, and secure eSignatures where needed.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building planning boards and customizable dashboards.
- Familiarity with visualization: process diagrams, wireframes, and use-case mockups.
- Managing requirement reuse/baselining and performing impact analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage senior decision-makers
- Strong facilitation, consultative, analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills—able to build trust and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
📚 Certifications (Preferred)
- IIBA: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC
- IQBBA Foundation Level BA (CFLBA)
- IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)
