UI Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications. You will work closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve usability and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure a modern and effective approach to user interface development.
• Document design processes, code, and application features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with front-end applications.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
