Required Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or F&O
- Strong coding background in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and TypeScript
- Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Familiar with Dynamics SDK, plugin development, and custom workflows
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations is a plus
- Comfortable using DevOps tools, Git, and working in a CI/CD environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Proven experience working across enterprise-level implementations, integrating Dynamics with other systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics F&O and financial modules
- Prior work with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or similar
